Yes. The app is free to download, and you can browse without an account. You pay for the appointment itself, either in the app or at the business.
If a business takes card payment, you pay in the app when you book, and your card details are handled by Stripe. Otherwise you pay at the business.
Open the Bookings tab and choose the booking. Up to 24 hours before the appointment it cancels straight away. Closer than that, the app sends the business a cancellation request, and the business answers it.
For a visit you paid for in the app, open the booking after the appointment and ask for a refund. You can ask for up to 7 days. The business or our team answers in the app.
Create an account in the app and choose Offer appointments. Every business is checked by our team before it appears to customers, and the setup screen tells you if anything is still needed. If you already use Square, you can import your business from it.
